1. Terms

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The Content contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Copyright Agreement

Peerscribe publishes its users' manuscripts in good faith and presumes that users and manuscripts will adhere to copyright laws of the United States (title 17, U. S. Code). Only “original works of authorship” may be uploaded to the Peerscribe Web site. All other manuscripts are in violation of Peerscribe's Terms and Conditions of Use. All manuscripts (Content) are and will remain the property of the author. Peerscribe provides users a platform for publication. According to United States copyright law: "Your work is under copyright protection the moment it is created and fixed in a tangible form that it is perceptible either directly or with the aid of a machine or device."

3. Content

By uploading Content to Peerscribe, you represent and warrant, at all times during the term of the Peerscribe Terms and Conditions of Use in agreement that the Content:

• Is your original work of authorship and that the content does not contain any Personal Data about any individual other than you

• Does not violate copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights

• Does not invade rights of privacy or publicity

• Does not contain material that is unlawful, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, or otherwise objectionable

• Does not include malicious code, programs, or data

• Does not break the law, encourage or facilitate the breaking of the law, or violate any applicable regulation of the Peerscribe Terms and Conditions of Use

• Does not offer or disseminate fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or promotions, or promote domain names, URLs, or hyperlinks that constitute commercial content such as that found in advertising, promotions, or solicitations

Peerscribe reserves the right to refuse and/or remove your manuscripts deemed in violation of the Peerscribe Terms and Conditions of Use.

In addition, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement to adhere to the Peerscribe Terms and Conditions of Use, and that entering into of this agreement does not conflict with any arrangements or agreements between you and any other person or entity.

Peerscribe reserves the right to place advertisements on its site.

As an author who uploads Content to Peerscribe, you are entirely responsible for their content, and are solely responsible for any content you upload to Peerscribe. Since computers and other equipment (both yours and Peerscribe's) are subject to occasional malfunction, you agree that you will not hold Peerscribe responsible for any inadvertent damage to, corruption of, or destruction of content. Peerscribe is not responsible for backing up content. You are responsible for backing up, on your own computer, all content. Peerscribe will not be responsible for archiving or backing-up any content. If any content transmitted to Peerscribe is damaged, lost or corrupted, Peerscribe will have no obligation or liability to you. You are solely responsible for all content you generate into Peerscribe.

The Content appearing on Peerscribe's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Peerscribe does not warrant that any of the Content on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Peerscribe may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice but will not alter user-published manuscripts.
